These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products offered on the ChronoVelar website. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

Prices and Payment

The prices displayed on the website are shown in euros (€).

The prices displayed include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

ChronoVelar reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products will be charged based on the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Payment for the order is due immediately at the time of purchase.

Order Acceptance

An order is considered accepted only once an order confirmation email has been sent.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in the following cases:

suspected fraud

incomplete or incorrect information

payment issue

exceptional product unavailability.

In the event of refusal or cancellation, the customer will be informed by email.

Delivery

Our delivery services are currently available in France only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Estimated Delivery Times

Processing time before shipment:
1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday.

Transit time after shipment:
2 to 5 business days, Monday to Friday.

Estimated total delivery time:
3 to 7 business days.

These timeframes may be extended in exceptional circumstances, including:

carrier strikes

extreme weather conditions

force majeure events.

Product Use

Products purchased on the ChronoVelar website may not be used, resold, or exploited for:

illegal purposes

misleading purposes

fraudulent purposes.

Right of Withdrawal

Unless expressly stated otherwise, particularly in the case of a final sale or a product excluded from the right of withdrawal, products may be returned in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.

The customer has 30 business days from the date of receipt of the product to exercise their right of return, according to the conditions specified on the website.

Refund Timeframe

Refunds are processed within a maximum of 30 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

A confirmation email will be sent to the customer once the refund has been approved.

Refund Conditions

A refund may be approved if the product is:

unused

returned in its original packaging.

Defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products may also be eligible for a refund after inspection.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

If we suspect fraudulent activity, we may cancel or refuse to process an order. In this case, the corresponding amount may remain temporarily unavailable on the payment method used, depending on standard banking processing times.

Liability

ChronoVelar shall not be held liable for any damage or loss resulting from:

failure to comply with these terms

a force majeure event

temporary interruption of the website or service.

In any case, ChronoVelar’s liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned, unless otherwise required by law.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, and failing prior amicable resolution, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory legal provisions applicable to consumers.
